PSECU is as close as your fingertips. Getting started is easy.
- Point your phone or PDA to http://pocketteller.psecu.com
- Login using your Member Number and PIN.
- Select an option.
View balances for all of your Shares and Loans.
Just highlight "Balances" from the Pocket Teller
menu or press 1 on your phone's keypad.
All of your Shares and Loans will be displayed.
From the Balances screen, highlight the Share or Loan or
enter the number to the left of the desired Share or Loan
to see the details (Balance and Available Balance for Shares
and Certificates; Balance, Available Balance, Minimum Payment,
and Due Date for Loans). Highlight "Menu" to get back to the main menu.
View Share or Loan history, by highlighting "Acct History" from
the main menu or enter 2 using your phone's keypad.
- Highlight the Share or Loan you want to view, or enter
the number to the left of the desired share or loan.
- The 9 most recent transactions will display.
- Highlight the transaction to see more detail, or use
your keypad to enter the number of the transaction for
which you would like to see detail.
- If the transaction you would like to see doesn't appear
in the listing, highlight "More
" to see
9 more transactions.
When you're finished, highlight "Menu" to get
back to the main menu.
You can use Pocket Teller to transfer funds within your
account (including loan and mortgage payments) or to other
member accounts. Highlight "Transfer Funds" from the main menu or
enter 3 on your phone's keypad.
- Highlight the Share or Loan you would like to transfer
from or enter the number to the left of the desired share
or loan.
- Enter the Share or Loan you would like to transfer to
or enter the number to the left of the desired share or
loan. (You may also select another account at this point.)
- Enter the amount you would like to transfer (NO DECIMAL).
You will receive a confirmation number telling you that
the transaction is complete!
Highlight "Menu" to get back to the main menu.
Use Pocket Teller to modify existing Bill Payees. Highlight "Bill Payer" from the main menu, or enter 4 using your phone's keypad. Your first 9 Bill Payees will display.
- Highlight the bill you would like to modify or enter
the number using your phone's keypad. If the bill that
you are looking for is not displayed, scroll down to the
bottom of the list and select "More
" to
see 9 more Bill Payees.
- Enter the date you would like the bill to be mailed (using
MM/DD/YYYY format) or select OK to accept the date as it
is.
- Enter the Bill Payer amount (NO DECIMAL).
You will receive a confirmation screen. If the information
is correct, select PAY.
Highlight "Menu" to get back to the main menu.
Find the nearest surcharge-free ATM with Pocket Teller. From the Main Menu, highlight "Other Services" or
enter 5 on your phone's keypad.
- You will receive a notice indicating that you are leaving
a secured area. Select OK to continue.
- Select "ATM Locator" from the Other Services
Menu.
- Use your phone's keypad to enter the name of the city.
(The more specific your search is, the more specific the
results it will return.)
- 10 results will show. To see more, scroll down to the
bottom of the list and select "Next 10 Results."
- Select "Menu" to return to the main menu.
Check PSECU's current rates. From the Main Menu, highlight "Other Services" or
enter 5 on your phone's keypad.
- You will receive a notice indicating that you are leaving
a secured area. Select OK to continue. Select "Current
Rates" from the Other Services menu.
- Select "Menu" to return to the Main Menu.
Highlight "Apply for a Loan" or enter 6 using
your phone's keypad.

Teller with your Internet-enabled phone, highlight "PSECU
Support" or enter 7 using your phone's keypad. You can
