Free up time in your busy life -- streamline your bill-paying ritual with PSECU’s Bill Payer service. Instead of writing checks each month, stuffing them into envelopes, and making sure they go in the mail, let PSECU do the work!
Bill Payer is a feature within our online account access program, psecu@home®, that allows you to easily pay bills fast and at your convenience.
Once in place, Bill Payer assures that virtually any company or individual will receive payments directly from your account. Accessible through your computer or touch-tone telephone, Bill Payer offers not only convenience but the peace of mind that bills will not get overlooked.
Bill Payer offers both convenience and flexibility. The system is designed so you can easily change payment dates, bill amounts and add or remove payees at anytime. You’re in complete control. Of course, the best way to experience all that Bill Payer offers is to set up your service through psecu@home® and start using it! You’ll wonder how you got along without it.
Privacy & Security
You can use Bill Payer with confidence, knowing that PSECU continually updates and improves security procedures to protect your privacy and security. Visit our Web site for a complete description of our privacy policy. Over the years, PSECU has safely and securely processed millions of online payment transactions. That’s experience you can trust.
Overdrafts
Funds should be available in your Checking Shares (S4) when the payee presents the item for payment. For added convenience, Bill Payer follows any existing overdraft protection on your account. Overdraft transfers from shares are limited to 3 per month.
If you have Internet access, signing up for Bill Payer is a breeze. From PSECU’s homepage, www.psecu.com, click on the link for psecu@home registration and follow the simple instructions. Use your assigned password to log into your account; once logged in you may change it if you wish.
If you use psecu@home, you already have access to Bill Payer. To activate the service, you’ll need a list of payees, their billing addresses and your account numbers with them. Gather this information, then click on the button to begin entering your payees/merchants. Payees can be added or removed at any time.
No PC access? No problem! Give us a call for a Bill Payer application to set up your payees/merchants. Once you’re set-up, pay bills by using our Self-Service Telephone (SST). Instructions for paying bills with SST are described in the brochure you will receive.
You can also access Bill Payer using PSECU’s Pocket Teller service with your Web-enabled cell phone or PDA.
Just select a payee from your list and indicate how much you want to pay and the date you want the payment sent. For the ultimate in convenience, set up recurring bills - such as a cable bill or car payment - to be paid automatically. No matter where you are or what you’re doing, you’ll never miss another payment! Because all bill payments are deducted from your Checking Shares (S4), make sure you have sufficient funds in that account.
It Is That Simple
The online bill-paying solution allows you to organize bills easier and faster than before. No more checking file folders or piles of old bills to find what you’re looking for! With just a few mouse clicks, you can quickly check the status of any current bill or review past bills.
| Please Note: Bills scheduled for Saturday, Sunday or any Holidays will be paid on the business day prior to the scheduled date. |
PSECU’s Bill Payer service is completely free. Unlike some other financial institutions, PSECU does not charge a per-bill fee or any type of monthly service fee.
Yes! Pay up to 80 recurring or variable bills a month. Send payments to utilities, your favorite charity, department stores — just about anyone, with two important exceptions. You cannot use Bill Payer to make PSECU loan payments, nor can you send a check to your own address.
