If there is no financial activity for a year or more, your account will be considered dormant and PSECU may assess a fee. PSECU defines an account as the combination of all shares, services and loans, including Visa®. The fee will apply to all accounts, primary and any prefix.
The following will be excluded: custodial or other accounts owned by individuals under the age of 18; accounts owned by clients of PSI; accounts which include active certificates, IRAs or loans having a balance.
PSECU is taking this action because dormant accounts are costly to maintain and the service charge will absorb a portion of this cost.
