*PSECU does not charge a fee for using any in-network ATM and refunds up to $20 in other banks' ATM usage fees each month with Direct Deposit. Without Direct Deposit, members receive up to $8 per month. Within our network, there is a 50 cent charge for each ATM withdrawal under $20, a 50 cent charge for each tranaction in excess of 15 per month, and a 25 cent charge for each balance inquiry. A 1% foreign transaction fee applies to withdrawals outside the United States.
