The 8.9 earthquake that struck Japan, along with the aftershocks and the tsunami, have destroyed buildings and, most importantly, lives. In light of the ongoing disasters in Japan, PSECU has assembled information on organizations that are assisting in recovery efforts.
There are a number of ways you can get involved to assist these organizations, including making a donation using Bill Payer Service in psecu@home® (Instructions). You may also use the links below to one of the designated relief organizations to make a donation using PSECU's Visa® or Check Card.
PSECU supports the efforts of the relief organizations on the ground assisting those in need, and offers this means of donating funds as a charitable service to the lives that have been impacted by this devastating act of nature. PSECU cannot guarantee that all donated funds will be used for any specific purposes, but instead relies solely upon the information supplied by the organizations themselves. PSECU is providing information that will make it easy for members to donate money or time. Before making any contributions, you should always research the organization to determine who will receive the contributed funds.

How Do I Add A Bill?
For accounts that already have enrolled in online access through psecu@home, have checking, but do not have any bills currently set on their account, begin by logging in and clicking the My Bills navigation button towards the top of the psecu@home screen then locate bill search section towards the middle of the page.
Step 1 - Search for your merchant: Type in the first few letters of the merchant name and the merchant's zip code into the appropriate boxes before clicking the Search button. For example, to search for the merchant American Red Cross with an address in Des Moines, IA 50340 you simply need to type "Amer" into the Merchant Name field and "50340" as the first zip code field then click the Search button.
Step 2 - Select your merchant: We will then return any merchants that contain your search entries. Choose the one that matches your merchant information exactly by clicking the name in the Merchant Name column; we recommend looking through the entire list as many merchants have more than one address.
Step 3 - Agree to the terms of the payment method: You will be asked to accept the terms of the payment method. Some merchants are paid by paper check through US Postal Service while others are paid electronically.
Step 4 - Supply the account number: To complete the process you will be asked to supply your account or reference number for your bill. Enter Japan Relief Fund as the account number for the donation. At this time you have the option to add a nickname, bill number, and category for identification and tracking purposes as well as the ability to schedule an initial payment.
For accounts that have at least one bill on your account begin the process by logging into psecu@home and clicking the My Bills navigation button towards the top of the screen then clicking the Add A New Bill link located in the right-hand column. From here follow the prompts on the screen which mirror the steps listed above.
