PSECU proudly offers students that are PSECU members and graduating high school seniors the opportunity to receive one of six (6) $4,000 PSECU scholarships. Recipients may receive $1,000 per year over a four-year period, providing scholarship requirements are met.
To qualify, you must be a PSECU member by no later than Friday, December 28, 2007. If you are not a member and are applying for membership, please allow one week for membership application processing. In addition, you must ensure that all sections of the scholarship application are complete. You will complete all but the Academic Profile, which is filled in by your guidance counselor. He or she will be responsible for returning all materials to PSECU, to be received no later than Noon, on Friday, February 29, 2008.
Attention Students:
PSECU salutes you for your decision to go on to college. Though having a college degree is no guarantee for employment, it does increase the likelihood of securing a job that will yield financial security. But in the short-term, the up front costs of earning that degree can be daunting.

Please Note: Before going off to college, make sure you have your PSECU Debit / Check Card! PSECU has hundreds of ATMs conveniently located on campuses of State Universities. On other campuses, look for the CU$® symbol for surcharge-FREE ATMs.
Attention Parents:
The cost of a college education is rising every year - in fact, over the past 20 years college costs have more than tripled.
PSECU makes college expenses more manageable by offering scholarships, student loans and even home equity loans for parents. If your child is not already a member of PSECU, encourage him or her to join. In addition to all of the other great benefits of PSECU membership - lower fees, low or no cost products and services – high school seniors are eligible for the PSECU scholarship. The PSECU Scholarship is only eligible to students that are currently in their senior year of high school and are members of PSECU and are the primary owner of a PSECU account.

Attention Guidance Counselors:

You will need to complete the Academic Profile, but the student will need to complete all other forms in the scholarship application. It is the student's responsibility to give you the completed scholarship application so you can send it to PSECU. The completed scholarship application must be received by Noon on Friday, February 29, 2008. NO EXCEPTIONS!
