Then, you can decide on the best type of loan for your personal circumstances.

What You Need
Before you begin your application, you will need the following information:
- Basics about you and your co-applicant
- Basics about the property you want to finance
- Assets to be used for the down payment and closing costs
- What you owe and to whom
- A few more questions to complete your application
- $5 in the primary applicant's Regular Savings Share (S1) account
