PSECU Announces Results of 2008 Board Election
HARRISBURG, PA - April 1, 2008 - At their 75th Annual Meeting held at 1 Credit Union Place, PSECU announced the results of their 2008 election of officials. All three incumbents were voted to serve again. They are R. Brian Wilbur, Joseph A. Lawruk and Pamela Hathaway. Warren Evans was re-elected to the Credit Committee.
R. Brian Wilbur will serve as the Chair of PSECU's Board of Directors. Serving in the capacities of Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary/Assistant Treasurer are John J. Marisic, George J. West and Frank J. Breiner respectively.
After the annual meeting, Mr. Wilbur accepted a commemorative 75th Anniversary plaque on behalf of the PSECU membership. Jim McCormack, President/CEO, of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association, presented the plaque.
