PSECU Offers Financial Information in a Lunch-and-Learn Format at Strawberry Square
HARRISBURG, PA - February 23, 2010 - PSECU has teamed up with the Shops at Strawberry Square to present a series of "lunch-and-learn" workshops focused on personal finances. Scheduled throughout the coming months, the hour-long workshops begin at noon and will cover some of the hottest financial topics. The first, slated for February 25, looks at the all-important spending plan and how to use it to get out of debt, followed by "Raising a Money Smart Kid" on March 4, and "Identity Theft" on March 11. Complete details, including registration, can be found on psecu.com/seminars. Future seminars will look at investing and finding financial aid for college. The free seminars are open to members and non-members.
"Especially in today's economy, people are craving information that can help them improve their financial situation," notes Barb Bowker, PSECU's Vice President of Marketing. "We also recognize that it's not always easy to find time, so our goal with the series is to help folks make the most of their lunchtime."
