Members and joint owners must be at least 12 years of age to apply for checking service. If you would like to open an account for a minor (under age 12), the online application must be completed by a parent or guardian and the account will be opened as a custodial account.

- Print and sign your completed application. (After entering all your information, you can also choose to have your application sent to you.)
