- What If You Owe PSECU Money?
-
Can I change my loan payment method?
Yes. PSECU offers many convenient options. You could have the payment transfer automatically either from a PSECU account or from another financial institution. Or you could control when the payment is made by using psecu@home or the Self-Service Telephone. Another option is getting loan coupons to mail in your payments. Simply give us a call, and we'll make the adjustment.
I can't make my loan payment. Can you change the due date?
Yes. For those employees affected by the budget impasse, we may be able to advance your loan due date up to one month. By advancing your due date, however, you may pay more money in interest, and the term of your loan may be extended.
Need more information? Just ask. Remember - We're your credit union, and we'll help you anyway we can.
*The 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) PA Budget Impasse Loan (PBIL) is available only to PSECU members whose accounts receive a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (PA) Direct Deposit that is affected by a 2009/2010 budget impasse. PSECU will provide PBIL participants with a line of credit in $1,000 increments on the day(s) of their regular Commonwealth payday beginning on or after July 17, 2009. The 0% APR is effective during the impasse and for a 60-day period after the Governor signs the budget. Any balance remaining after that period will begin to accrue interest immediately at a rate of 3.9% APR. Rates are effective as of July 17, 2009. PSECU reserves the right to discontinue or alter the PBIL at any time. For complete details, read above as well as the LOANLINER® Credit and Security Agreement and LOANLINER® Addendum.
