1. Qualified winners will be selected from a pool of Visa® Capitol Card and Check Card purchases and receive a Global Positioning System (GPS). (Prizes will be awarded monthly.)
2. The "Use Your Cards and Win A GPS" sweepstakes begins August 1, 2008, at 12 a.m. ET and will run through November 30, 2008, 11:59 p.m. ET, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Qualifying purchases are those made with a PSECU Visa Capitol Card and PSECU Check Card. All purchases must be posted within the sweepstakes cycle.
4. PSECU members can also enter the sweepstakes by mailing a handwritten postcard to: Marketing Department/Win A GPS, Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, P.O. Box 67013, Harrisburg, PA 17106-7013. Such individuals must provide their name; street address or P.O. Box, City, State, Zip Code and Telephone Number on a U.S. Postal Service approved postcard with appropriate postage. All postcard entries must be handwritten; all other entries will be disqualified. Postcards received within the contest period stated above will be recorded as an entry. All postcard entries have an equal chance of winning. PSECU is the owner of all entries.
5. Cash advances and purchases related to illegal activity are not considered qualifying transactions. ATM cards, PSECU Business Visa Credit Cards and Business Check Cards are not included in the sweepstakes.
6. Odds of winning are contingent upon the number of qualifying purchases that are received. (An increase in the number of purchases conducted by a cardholder may increase chances to win.)
7. Potential winners will be notified by phone or e-mail and by first-class mail. The prize must be claimed within two weeks of notification or it will be considered forfeited.
8. Winners must be a PSECU member, at least 16 years old and have a PSECU account that is in good standing.
9. Winners are required to present valid identification and agree to publicity photograph(s).
10. Winners will complete all required forms, including an Affidavit and Authorization, or will be disqualified.
11. The GPS prize must be accepted by the primary accountholder of the Visa Capitol Card and/ or PSECU Check Card and may not be transferred to other persons.
12. Taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. PSECU is not responsible for any lost, delayed or incomplete entries. All decisions of PSECU regarding this sweepstakes are final.
14. Employees, agents and officials of PSECU and immediate family members of any of these are not eligible to enter.
15. All information will be verified.
16. This contest is VOID WHERE PROHIBITED by law and is only open to LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (including the District of Columbia).
