We offer flexible ways to deposit cash or checks.

  • Direct deposit: Have your paycheck, pension, tax refunds, investment dividends, or freelance payments deposited directly into your PSECU checking or savings.
  • Mobile deposit: No need to leave your couch. Just snap a picture, and deposit your checks with the PSECU mobile app.
  • ATMs: Our members can use nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs in our network. Use our locator to find ATMs that accept cash and checks. Simply insert your deposit into the machine.

 

MAKE PAYMENTS

Need to split a dinner check? Pay your loan? Buy that latte without reaching for your wallet? With our mobile banking app and other tools, we make it easier than ever to pay bills and send money, and there’s no need to carry cash.

  • Bill Payer service: You can pay just about anyone – utilities, membership associations, even the babysitter – using our free Bill Payer service.
  • Person-to-person transfer: Using just an email address or phone number, you can send money to anyone in the U.S.
  • Loan payment options: Easily pay your PSECU loan from your PSECU shares or an account you have with another financial institution.
  • Payroll deductions: If your employer approves payroll deductions, you can have a portion of your paycheck sent directly to a PSECU checking or savings account, or distributed to a loan account.
  • PSECU Wallet: Use your phone to pay for purchases when you create your PSECU Wallet account and add your PSECU cards. You can add up to 10 personal and business cards including our debit card, the Classic Card, and the Founder's Card. The PSECU Wallet is only available for Android devices.
  • Mobile pay: Use your PSECU debit and credit cards through Apple Pay®, Google Pay®, and Samsung Pay™. Speed through the checkout line with just a tap or a wave.

  • Lock and unlock your card: Is your card misplaced? For peace of mind, lock it until you find it. Log into online banking or the mobile app and go to the Manage Cards section. If your card is lost or stolen, contact us.
  • Notify us of upcoming travel: Even if you're traveling just a few hours from home, let us know about your plans to minimize any interruptions in your card service.
  • Rely on our Overdraft Protection Transfer Service: If your checking account doesn’t have enough funds to cover a check or deduction, overdraft protection pulls money from specified accounts, including your Visa card. We don’t charge a fee for setting up overdraft protection.
  • Set account alerts: Monitor your finances on the go and receive account alerts on your mobile or wearable device. Choose text, email, or push.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from New site is NOT as good as original Although PSECU services and still great, the new on-line banking site is not. Much harder to move around, no loan calculators to see what payments would be , i.e., auto loans, equity loans, etc. Also you could access and check the Kelly blue book values directly from the link PSECU provided in the car loan section. I always liked to check the auto auction site, just click on it on home page and you were there, now you have to go outside PSECU to the separate site at auctionpsecu.com. Site is not as easy to use as it once was.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Mobile Banking It is really inconvenient that I can't have access if my account is locked and services are closed on the weekends and after 9pm on weekdays. There should be another way set up to meet customer needs when the bank is closed. The bank should also think about expanding there are no branches in the center city of Philadelphia.

The "new" website is a step backwards, the new phone system is another step backwards, and the staff just doesn't seem as knowledgeable (or courteous) as in the past. I'm all for upgrades but the last year with PSECU has been a disaster. I have been with PSECU for many many years and it is very disappointing. I've read other similar reviews and hope PSECU is taking these seriously. I'm about ready to take my business somewhere else. Very disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Missing the option to service an existing IRA I used to be able to fill out a Roth IRA Withdrawal Request form online and print it out to be mailed in. What happened to that link? Now all the pages let you do is open new accounts. Sorry to tell you that real customers in the real world do more than just deposit new money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What Happened? Online banking with PSECU has been the best way to bank and I recommend PSECU to anyone who will listen, but something has changed in past couple of months. I still give PSECU excellent ratings but need to let you know: I had an automatic transfer set up from S-01 account to L-10. Worked like a charm through two vehicle loans. On September 7th it just didn't happen. Fortunately I was on line checking things that evening, discovered the error and made the transfer myself. Today the deposit distribution didn't happen! I'll have to call tomorrow. But getting to actually talk to someone on the phone to straighten things out has become a real challenge too, with long waiting time and multiple ads to listen to while I wait! There have been subtle changes that I can't explain but can be real stumbling blocks at times. I am so disappointed because it actually has been thrilling to be able to set up automatic transfers and payments, etc. Its always been so efficient. My daughter and I have frequently compared notes on managing our budgets using the powerful tool of on-line banking with PSECU. But the beauty of our system depends on being able to trust that what we have set up will actually happen. Trust and dependability are very important in banking. I have to monitor very closely. I can't say I'll leave PSECU because it truly is a wonderful service and I have had so many satisfactory dealings on line and on the phone over the past 30 years, but I just needed to express my disappointment. I hope whatever changes PSECU is going through get smoothed out soon. P.S. I have to say that being able to make notes under each transaction has been a really great change. A real game changer. Good job, PSECU!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from What happened? I used to love using Quicken with PSECU. Ever since the up-grades with each of them I can no longer download transactions. I have completed all of the steps numerous times and some days it works, but most days it does not. I am very frustrated. I love this credit union, but the on-line part has changed when trying to use it with Quicken 2018.
