Kicking Off 2017: A Message From Greg

It’s an exciting time for PSECU, and we’re kicking off 2017 with new products, technology and services to bring value to our members. Every day we strive to uphold the vision of our 22 founders: giving friends and family the opportunity for a better life.  As we begin a new year, that focus will remain and be stronger than ever.

We know that many financial institutions are hitting you with fees, but we continue to do the opposite by putting more money back into your pocket. One new way we’re doing that is through the launch of our new cash rewards card, the Founder’s Card. Members can earn 1.5% cash rewards* when making purchases. Why not be rewarded for what you spend?

Speaking of being rewarded, we were able to give our members a Relationship Reward again this year. Through this reward, we have given back more than $52.5 million to our members since 2013. Money back in your pocket – it’s our goal.

We will continue to offer low-rate lending and refinancing solutions to help you save more of what’s yours. Last year our goal was to save our members a million dollars by encouraging members with vehicle loans and credit card balances elsewhere to move them to PSECU to save money with our lower interest rates – instead of one million, we saved them over $10 million.

To continue to provide value to our members, 2017 is focused on ensuring our long-term stability. We know that technology is driving the future, and that’s why we’re investing more resources in new technologies to make banking with us even simpler, safer and more convenient than before. Our business model more than welcomes these innovations, and we hope you are as excited as we are for the future.
