We're not about having a branch on every corner. We're about giving members account access where it's most convenient for them. Their living room. Their backyard. Their cell phone. By not spending money on branches, we can give members competitive rates for loans and savings, as well as a host of low or no-cost services.
Using technology, we give members round-the-clock access to their accounts using PCs or the telephone. Many of our members take advantage of digital banking. This convenient service allows them to pay bills, transfer funds to pay loans or add money to separate accounts, view (and print) check images, and receive notices that report account activity.
To get cash in pocket, members can use our extensive surcharge-free ATM alliance or ask for cash back when making point-of-sale purchases with the PSECU Visa® debit card. Deposits can be made through ATMs or mail. For members who don't have easy access to ATMs, PSECU developed UPost@Home® that allows members to enter deposits through their PCs.
Members love the convenience of handling their finances when, where and how they want. And when a little help is needed, we're just a phone call or email away. We can help with filling out service applications or answering questions.
