Rated 2 out of 5 by from PSECU - Now officially sucks! New App...HORRIBLE! New talking phone service - INFURIATING! It now took me 10 frustrating minutes to get through the stupid talking service. PSECU effort to not talk to us and make us feel horrible....they are great at this! I have been a member for over 20 years. It used to feel like a service that was all about each member. I recently opened an account with the credit union who puts members first. It is eye opening to say the least. You have one logon to access all your accounts. I currently have 6 accounts (personal, wife's personal, business, real estate, and two kids). The logon is simple and intuitive. I can drive 2 miles to one of their branches...where they make me feel like I am important. I get it...if you are unhappy...go already. I will...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Can’t search transactions The new app is so frustrating! I can’t search transactions so can’t verify I have received store credits or reconcile previous bills. I’ve downloaded all the updates and just keep getting the INFO box that says no items found. I’ve tried every variation of words, dollar amounts, and time periods to no avail. I’ve also searched tirelessly for help and found no support. First problem I’ve had in 20+ years with PSECU.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I just want to make my payments! I can never login in or get one employee that actually is helpful. Everytime I call in I end up on the phone for an hour or so, just to get where I already was. All I want to do is make my payment. Every other credit union is super easy to use but this one. Ive had issues with them for almost five years now.
