PSECU Sponsors YWCA's 12th Annual Race Against Racism and Sub-Chairs Kid's Fun Run
Harrisburg, PA - April 15, 2016 - PSECU is a Platinum sponsor for the YWCA's Race Against Racism, which will be held on Saturday, April 30th in Harrisburg. 2016 marks the 12th year of the annual 5k walk/run. For the 2016 event, the race will follow a new route along Harrisburg's 6th and 7th Street corridors, starting and ending at Soldier's Grove. The change in route is aimed at creating a "deeper connection between [the YWCA's] mission of eliminating racism and the history of [Harrisburg]." The funds raised will support the YWCA's racial justice programs. In addition to PSECU being a corporate sponsor, Karen Rousche, PSECU's Public Relations Coordinator, serves on the planning committee and Sub-Chairs the Kid's Fun Run.
