Will I need to update Quicken® to use my User ID instead of my Member Number?
There is no need to make a change to your Quicken settings. Quicken will continue to download transactions from PSECU using your existing Member Number and Password.
First-time Quicken® Users
- Please enable your account for Quicken downloads. Log into your account, click "My Profile" and then "Preferences" from the left-side menu. On this page, follow the instructions to enable your account for Quicken downloads.
- Inside the Quicken software, when prompted for the name of your institution, select "PSECU-new." Please have your member account number and password ready.
- If prompted for the connection method, select "Direct Connect" for improved data transfers. Please do not select "Express Web Connect." PSECU does not charge a fee for the Direct Connect service.
Quicken System Upgrade
If you have previously used Quicken to download your PSECU accounts but did not perform the system conversion in February of 2014, you will need to perform the steps in the guides listed below for continued access.
Note: If PSECU-new does not accept your credentials, please update your password to the new requirements in online banking under My Profile > Change Password.
