When looking to build, the first consideration is your budget. There are several options and upgrades available to consider. It’s best to focus on the structure that’ll fit your needs for many years to come. Remember: If the design and layout fit your needs but your budget doesn’t allow for upgrades, you can always add those later.

I love the variety of areas Pennsylvania has to offer. We have extensive rail trails that make biking and walking very enjoyable. There are several easily accessible waterways that lead to creeks and streams for boating/kayaking. Want to hike? Hit the Appalachian Trail. I also love the history found throughout the state when meandering around Gettysburg or visiting Philadelphia. It seems that any new PA area I visit offers something fun and unique to do!
