Arlenis “Leni” Rodriguez began her journey in the mortgage industry in 2020, around the same time she purchased her first home. That experience inspired her goal: to help make every member’s mortgage process as smooth and seamless as her own. She’s proud to be able to assist both English- and Spanish-speaking members, making everyone feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout the process.
In her free time, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes and finding creative ways to turn simple ingredients into something special.

Beginning her career in mortgage processing gave Leni a solid understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish – a background that allows her to guide prospective buyers step-by-step, simplify complex requirements, and help prepare borrowers for what underwriters may request along the way.
