PSECU membership applications take approximately 20 minutes online. Student accounts are typically ready to use within 2-3 business days. Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive your new debit card and checks in the mail within two weeks.

Once you join PSECU, you’re a member for life – even after you graduate or leave campus. We’re here to support you after college, too. Learn more about using your PSECU checking share for services like direct deposit, bill payer, joint checking, and more.

Online banking access is available 24/7. If you need to speak with member service, representatives are available by phone at 800.237.7328 during the following times:
  • Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Use the ATM Locator to search our network of nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs. You can use any PSECU ATM as often as you'd like for withdrawals, deposits and balance inquiries, all at no charge.

Don’t see a surcharge-free ATM near you? We offer rebates on surcharge fees from non-network ATMs. For members with direct deposit, we rebate up to $20 per month in surcharge fees. Without direct deposit, we rebate up to $8 per month.
*You can earn $0.10 cash rewards on eligible purchases of $10 or over with a PSECU checking account and one or more qualifying monthly direct deposits totaling at least $500.
