$5001 Off Mortgage Origination Fee for First-Time Homebuyers
First-time homebuyers can qualify to receive $500 off mortgage origination fees from May 1, 2025-July 31, 2025, when you meet promo requirements.
Who Qualifies as a "First-Time Homebuyer?"
A first-time homebuyer is a person who is buying a principal residence for the first time, or who has not owned a home in the last three years.
The mortgage applicant must be a first-time homebuyer. However, they do not have to apply for a mortgage through our First-Time Homebuyer program. All our mortgages are eligible for this promotion. As long as the applicant selects that they are a first-time homebuyer in the application and meets all promo requirements, they can qualify to receive the discount.

Physician Mortgage Program Requirements
- Borrowers must hold one of the following designations:
M.D., D.O., D.D.S., D.V.M., D.M.D., D.P.M., O.D., R.Ph., D.C., or CRNA - Interns, fellows, and residents are also eligible
- A job offer or contract starting within 60 days of settlement is acceptable

If you qualify for the Physician Mortgage, the biggest advantage is how your student loan debt is treated in the application process.
With a Physician Mortgage, deferred medical student loan debt isn’t included in your debt‑to‑income ratio. This matters because many medical professionals carry significant student loan balances early in their careers — even while earning a strong, stable income.
With our First‑Time Homebuyer Program, that same student loan debt would be included when determining eligibility. For borrowers with large medical school loans, this can make qualifying more difficult or limit approval options.
