Go Green, Save Green
The start of the new year is a great time to reset and reprioritize. For many, that means eating healthier, exercising more, or tightening up spending.
This year, as you plan ways to improve your life in 2022, we’re inviting you to join us in our new Go Green, Save Green Initiative.
What is the Go Green, Save Green Initiative?
We’re encouraging you to commit to protecting the environment and your wallet this year by choosing a more environmentally friendly lifestyle.
Each month, we’ll release new tips and simple swaps for sustainability in your personal life. And while our aim is to support green choices, we’re also hopeful that these tips will help you save money, as well, by learning how to make the most of the resources you have.
Sample topics include Recycling Tips for Your New Year’s Decluttering, Show Some Love to Sustainable Organizations, and Cool Down Your Electric Bill.
Why We’re Launching the Go Green, Save Green Initiative
Environment is one of our core corporate social responsibility pillars here at PSECU. This is highlighted through the digital-first products and services we offer, as well as in the LEED® Gold certification our headquarters has achieved.
This year, we wanted to take it one step further by expanding the information we offer on environmentally responsible choices. We’ll be providing the tips and tools members and non-members alike need to get started making environmentally friendly choices in their day-to-day lives.
How You Can Get Involved
Participating in our Go Green, Save Green initiative is easy (and free!). Simply visit go.psecu.com/gogreen and enter your name and email address to join our mailing list. You’ll be notified when we release new tips each month.
