We want to make it easy for you to manage your financial life wherever you are. With digital banking, you have the tools you need to manage your cards quickly, securely, and whenever you need, whether you’re at home, on the go, or anywhere in between.
Manage Your Cards
To use the features below, log into digital banking – online or using the PSECU mobile app – and navigate to Manage Cards. From there, select the action you want to take.
- Access your virtual card number - Use your virtual card number for online purchases and subscriptions, even when you don’t have your physical card on you.
- Add your PSECU card to your mobile wallet - With just a few taps, you can easily add your PSECU debit or credit card to your mobile wallet for quick, contactless payments.
- Report a card lost or stolen - If you know for certain that your card has been lost or stolen, you can use digital banking to let us know. Keep in mind that when you use this feature, your card will be closed immediately.
- Lock or unlock your card – Misplaced your card? Temporarily lock it while you search, then unlock it when you find it.
- Replace your card – If your card is damaged or can’t be found, you can request a replacement card right from digital banking.
- Redeem Founder’s Rewards Card rewards* - If you have a Founder’s Rewards Card, you can view and redeem your rewards directly through digital banking.
- Manage debit card limits – Temporarily increase your daily purchase or ATM withdrawal limits when needed. Limits reset the next calendar day.
Activate Security Alerts
The security of your account is vitally important. That’s why we have a variety of security alerts you should consider activating. You can find account alerts options under Profile & Settings. You can opt to receive notifications when changes have been made to your card’s access and usage. For example, you can receive an alert when your debit card limit is reached from a changed card. If you didn’t make the change, then you may want to temporarily lock your card and contact us immediately for possible fraud.
You can also elect to be notified when your debit card is used for purchases or ATM withdrawals, and when your credit card is used for purchases.
Use Your Device’s Mobile Wallet
We support Apple Pay®, Google Pay™, and Samsung Pay®, making it easy to pay securely using your phone or smartwatch.
Apple Pay®
Add your eligible PSECU debit or credit cards to Apple Pay to make secure, contactless purchases using your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, or Mac. Apple Pay uses device-specific numbers, and biometric authentication, so your card number is never shared with merchants.
For the most up-to-date list of compatible devices, please visit the Apple Support page.
Google Pay™
Once your cards are added to Google Pay, you can pay by unlocking your device and holding it near a contactless reader. Google Pay helps keep your information protected by using encryption and secure authentication.

Samsung Pay®
Samsung Pay allows you to make payments by swiping up from the bottom of your screen and holding your device near the payment terminal. Eligible devices can also take advantage of Samsung’s Simple Pay feature.
These are just some of the digital banking tools available to help you manage your PSECU cards anytime, anywhere – and we’re always looking for new ways to make managing your money even easier.
