HARRISBURG, Pa. — Sept. 12, 2025 — PSECU, Pennsylvania’s digital-first credit union, raised $107,200 for local charities at its ninth annual Chips In golf outing held Sept. 11 at Dauphin Highlands in Harrisburg.
PSECU added $50,000 to the tournament proceeds for a total of $107,200 going to charities, with donations split equally among four nonprofit partners representing the credit union’s core giving areas: Junior Achievement (education), Feeding Pennsylvania (well-being), Pennsylvania Envirothon (environment), and Children’s Miracle Network (children).
“Our tournament is about more than a day on the course. It turns generosity into meaningful resources for organizations that strengthen communities across Pennsylvania,” said George Rudolph, President and CEO of PSECU. “I am grateful to everyone who helped make this possible.”
The tournament drew 108 golfers and 81 PSECU staff members, and included breakfast, putting and hole-in-one contests, and an awards luncheon where representatives from each charity received their donations.
“We’re proud to support the PSECU Chips In Golf Outing and the important causes it benefits,” said emerie.ai CEO Matt Merritt. “At emerie.ai, we believe in strengthening communities through innovation and partnership, and this event is a great example of the difference we can make together.”
Corporate sponsors helped push fundraising beyond initial targets. 31 companies supported the event, including technology partners SHI International, TTEC, Harmelin Media, and Settlement Engine.
The annual golf fundraiser has generated more than $400,000 since launching in 2017.
