PSECU Expands Leadership Team with Hires in Marketing, Product Strategy, Digital Originations, and Technology

New leaders reinforce credit union’s continued investment in personalized, digital-first banking.

HARRISBURG, Pa. — September 17, 2026 — PSECU, Pennsylvania’s digital-first credit union, has added four senior leaders across marketing, product strategy, digital originations, and technology as the organization continues investing in a more personalized, connected member experience.

Three of the new leaders join PSECU’s Member Experience team, strengthening the credit union’s capabilities in areas ranging from digital onboarding and product strategy to marketing, insights, and member engagement.

Amy Coates joined PSECU in July as Director of Digital Originations and Onboarding. She brings more than 15 years of performance leadership experience, most recently in the fintech space, where she served as Senior Director of Digital Marketing and Operations at Diebold Nixdorf. Her background combines strategic vision with operational rigor and will support PSECU’s continued focus on making the digital member journey clear, intuitive, and effective from the first interaction forward.

Steve Juodawlkis joined PSECU in January as Director of Deposit & Non-Interest Income Product Strategy. He comes from Honor Credit Union, where he served as Director of Product, overseeing deposit, card, lending, and ancillary lines. He brings more than two decades of experience in banking operations and deposit strategy, with a track record of launching products that drive deposit growth, optimize pricing, and strengthen long-term member relationships. At PSECU, he will help shape product strategies designed to create greater value for members while supporting sustainable growth.

John Konstantos joined PSECU in May as Vice President of Marketing & Brand. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing at Alliant Credit Union, where he led an enterprise marketing organization and a $20 million budget. He brings more than 20 years of experience connecting brand strategy to measurable business outcomes and building lifecycle and CRM programs at scale. At PSECU, he leads marketing, creative, analytics, research and insights, public relations, and paid media, with a focus on connecting brand, member insight, and performance to support the credit union’s growth.

“Building a better member experience starts with having the right people asking the right questions about what members need and how we can better serve them," said Erin Hennessy, Chief Member Experience Officer at PSECU. "Amy, Steve, and John bring different areas of expertise, but they share a curiosity about what’s possible and a commitment to making banking simpler, more relevant, and more human.”

On the technology side, Bret Davis joined PSECU as Vice President of Technology. Davis has spent his career leading technology teams within credit unions, shaping how infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and digital services work together to support both operations and member-facing growth. In his role, Davis oversees enterprise development and IT operations, helping ensure PSECU’s technology environment remains secure, resilient, and positioned to support the credit union’s continued digital evolution.

“As PSECU continues to grow and evolve, the strength of our technology foundation becomes even more important,” said Clifton Van Scyoc, Chief Information Officer at PSECU. “Bret brings the experience and strategic perspective to help us build systems that are dependable, scalable, and positioned to support both our employees and members well into the future.”

The appointments come as PSECU continues to build momentum in 2026, including opening its new full-service Linglestown branch in August and building on a record-high member satisfaction score achieved in 2025. Together, the hires reflect PSECU’s continued investment in the people, capabilities, and infrastructure needed to support its next stage of growth and deliver increasingly personalized experiences for members.
