HARRISBURG, Pa. — May 21, 2026 — PSECU, Pennsylvania’s digital-first credit union, graduated four employees from Leadership Harrisburg Area (LHA) programs, continuing an 18-year commitment to developing leaders within the organization and across central Pennsylvania.
Darren Neuschwander, Head of Consumer Lending, and Jose Pascual, Head of Mortgage and Commercial Banking, completed the Executive Leadership Series. Jayme Shea, Director of Visa Services, and Marcie Floyd, BSA/AML Director, completed the Community Leadership Series.
“Leadership development has long been an important investment for PSECU,” said George Rudolph, President & CEO of PSECU. “We’re proud to support programs like Leadership Harrisburg Area that help our employees grow as leaders while strengthening connections across the communities we serve.”
PSECU has supported LHA since 2008, and the 2026 class brings the credit union’s total number of program graduates to 45. Through hands-on community service projects, civic immersion, and advanced leadership training, LHA’s programs have strengthened PSECU’s leadership pipeline while deepening ties to the Harrisburg region.
LHA, a nonprofit celebrating its 40th year, develops leaders through custom-designed workshops and keynote presentations. More than 1,200 regional businesses and leaders have participated in its programs. LHA was one of 42 organizations PSECU financially supported in 2025.
