HARRISBURG, Pa. — Aug. 15, 2025 — PSECU, Pennsylvania’s digital-first credit union, has named Warren Pattison as Vice President of Digital Experience. His arrival marks another milestone in the evolution of the PSECU Member Experience (MX) team, a growing group focused on grounding strategy in data, delivering more relevant products, and providing the best possible experience for members.
Pattison will lead digital banking teams spanning product management, innovation, journey-mapping design, and member experience. His responsibilities encompass the full spectrum of digital member interactions — from acquisition and onboarding through everyday banking — working to create seamless, personalized experiences that connect every touchpoint.
With more than 15 years of building and leading digital innovation teams, Pattison joins PSECU from Alliant Credit Union, where he most recently served as General Manager of Digital Servicing, spearheading business unit pilots focused on productivity and operational excellence. In his prior role as Head of Digital Product, he orchestrated mobile app enhancements and rewards program improvements that drove Net Promoter Score from 32 to 60 while boosting member engagement by 200%.
I’m thrilled to welcome Warren Pattison to the team as our new Vice President of Digital Experience,” said Erin Hennessy, Chief Member Experience Officer. “I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Warren before and witnessing firsthand how he transforms financial services organizations with heart-led leadership, relentless innovation, and a drive for results that never quits—he pushes boundaries and delivers real impact, and I can’t wait to see what he’ll do at PSECU.”
Prior experience includes leadership roles at United Federal Credit Union, where he served as Vice President of Emerging Technology and Innovation, and JP Morgan Chase, where he served in marketing leadership roles.
Pattison holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology from the University of Phoenix and has completed executive education programs in financial technology from Cornell University and innovation management from Northwestern University.
At PSECU, Pattison will focus on transforming the full end-to-end digital journey—leading initiatives to streamline and personalize member interactions across web and mobile platforms. His work will aim to simplify access, enhance usability, and ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the credit union’s commitment to convenience, trust, and innovation.
This appointment builds on PSECU’s recent addition of Eduardo Santos as Vice President of Strategy and Analytics, demonstrating the credit union’s commitment to building an MX team equipped for the future.
